The Management Development Unit (MDU) is a commercial consultancy, development and training centre based within the London Metropolitan Business School (LMBS).

We work with both public and private sector organisations, as well as a growing number of small and medium enterprises. Our team of expert trainers and development specialists are skilled facilitators of change, innovation and leading-edge thinking with industry experience.

The MDU has close links with the lead bodies for whom we deliver training and we take pride in delivering a professional service, flexible in its approach, and focused on the organisation and their needs.
